MEET THE FOUNDER

Hi, I'm Aleksandra — and I think about marketing the way an engineer thinks about systems.

Before I started Social Symbol Media, I spent over 15 years in IT — specifically in systems, identity, and access management. I know how to build things that are designed to actually work, not just look good on paper.

When I combined that background with my degree in Marketing and Management, something became really clear to me: most professionals aren't failing at marketing because they're not trying hard enough. They're failing because the underlying system is broken. The wrong message, the wrong audience, the wrong timing — and no real strategy connecting any of it.

That's the problem I built SSM to solve in 2020.

I started with a simple belief: the best professionals — the ones with real experience, real results, and real reputations — shouldn't have to hustle for clients. They should have a system that does that work for them. One that puts them in front of the right people, builds trust before the first conversation, and compounds over time.

That's the foundation SSM was built on.
